Late Registration Spaces Remaining:
Closed Divisions: U5(2007), U8 Boys(2005/2004), U14 Boys(1999/1998)

Limited Space Divisions: U4(2008), U6(2006), U12 Boys(2001/2000), U16 Boys(1997/1996)
All other divisions still have room but are capped. As divisions fill they will be updated here.
Late Soccer Registration Instructions
1. Verify that there is space at your division.
2. Download the registration form and waiver at the link below.
3. Complete the form and waiver and return both with payment to the address on the bottom of page 1 of the registration form. Ensure you have added the $30.00 late fee. Cheques are payable to Oakridge Optimist Soccer.
4. Only registrations returned by mail will be accepted. There is no drop off or electronic option. E-mailed forms will not be accepted.
5. You will receive an e-mail from Oakridge Soccer when your form is received and will be advised if your child has been placed on a team or is on the wait list.

All Other Divisions: $130.00
There is no on-line registration.
2012 Registration Dates Have Now Passed
Saturday January 14th, 2012: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Saturday January 28th, 2012: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Wednesday February 1st, 2012: 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturday February 18th, 2012: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Late Fees apply to all registrations received after February 18th.
All Registrations are at Oakridge Secondary School, 1040 Oxford Street West in the Atrium at the front of the school.
Players interested in competitive teams or assessments are strongly urged to register at the January 14th session.

2012 House League Registration Fees
Cash or Cheque Only. NSF Cheques subject to $30 surcharge
Under 4, Under 5 and Under 6 - $75.00
Under 8 through Under 18 - $100.00
Competitive Fee - $300.00 see notes below**
Refund requests will be subject to a $30 fee.
Refund deadline is April 8th, 2012. No refunds will be processed if requested after this date. Refund requests must be e-mailed to treasurer@oakridgesoccer.ca by April 8th, 2012.
**The competitive team fee is collected as follows: At registration you will need to prepare two cheques. The first for $100.00 is payable at registration and the second for $200 is post dated to April 1st, 2012. For players not offered a position on a competitive team, the second cheque will be held for pick up or destroyed on May 1, 2012. All competitive players must register before they can assess for a competitive team. Competitive players not wishing to play Oakridge House League Soccer will be issued a refund less the $30 refund fee after April 1, 2012. Competitive players not selected to a team and wishing to play house league in Oakridge will have their registration automatically transferred to the house league division.
